iPhone and iPad support

App not released

This server release does not include an installable iPhone or iPad app. There is no iPhone/iPad IPA download, TestFlight invitation or App Store release available from this portal.

The Mac Apple Silicon and Mac Intel downloads are for Mac computers running macOS. They cannot be installed on an iPhone or iPad.

The customer page provides Windows, Android, Mac Apple Silicon and Mac Intel downloads after your support code is checked.

When an Apple mobile app is available

Your support administrator will need to provide a tested, signed iPhone/iPad app through an approved Apple distribution method before this option can become an app download. Ask your agent about release availability.

Automatic screen sharing or remote control on an iPhone or iPad is not provided by opening this page.
